The problem
TheRunRec needed a booking flow and back-office system that could keep pace as the business grew from a single location toward a franchise model, including how money split between locations and staff.
What I built
I built the new customer-facing booking flow and an admin dashboard from scratch, wired up Stripe split payments so revenue routes correctly across parties, and added the user management the business needed to run day to day. I then automated the setup so new locations could be spun up as the business franchised across the US.
Outcome
The automated system let TheRunRec franchise across the US without rebuilding operations for every new location.
